Bringing fur, electronics, design, and sewing together, your creative STEAM-loving youth will make their own wearable accessory!
Yukonstruct and The MindFuel Foundation are excited to host a STEAM Transformation Experience for youth ages 10-14. Join in a fun 2-hour workshop that will literally ‘light up’ your youth’s day. Bringing fur, electronics, design, and sewing together, your creative STEAM-loving youth will make their own wearable accessory.
Learning outcomes:
Youth will learn the basic parts and functionality/current flow of a circuit.
Youth will learn the foundational process to embed electronics/wearable tech with fabric and textiles.
Youth will create their own wearable accessory.
All supplies will be provided for each participant Yukonstruct is proud to partner with The MindFuel Foundation to bring you this exciting event!
